Cooks & Food Prep

Responsible for making sure that food is prepared to the exact specifications of the brand and guest.

  • ·         Able to follow printed recipes and plate specifications
  • ·         Able to follow safety and sanitation policies
  • ·         Able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and wait staff
  • ·         Able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 40 pounds
  • ·         Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time
  • ·         Already have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Card*

Responsible for greeting each and every passenger/customer by smiling, making eye contact, speaking with a enthusiastic tone, and staying connected with that passenger/customer to the end of their experience!

Responsible for processing all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures.

  • ·         Able to handle cash and card transactions with customers
  • ·         Able to scan goods, issue receipts, refunds, change or tickets
  • ·         Able to make sales referrals, cross-sell products and introduce new ones
  • ·         Able to resolve customer complaints, guidance and provide relevant information
  • ·         Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas

Shift Leaders

Responsible for assisting store manager in maintaining a positive environment and friendly service to ensure a Total Quality Experience for both the Customer and team members.

  • ·         Assists store manager in maintaining proper coverage and team member schedules.
  • ·         Ensures all cash handling procedures are upheld.
  • ·         Promotes and practices safe work habits. Reports/documents team member accidents and conducts initial investigation to determine root cause.
  • ·         Provides coaching and training to team members as needed.
  • ·         Requires frequent standing and use of hands and arms.
  • ·         Able to lift up to 30lbs and frequently bend and twist from the waist.
  • ·         Already have or willing to obtain Food Handlers Card*


Responsible for greeting guests and managing the efficient and timely seating to a table that best serves their wishes.

  • ·         When immediate seating is limited, record guests name and provide estimated waiting time
  • ·         Seat guests based on guest preference and balance customer flow in service stations
  • ·         Understand server capacity and state of tables in facility
  • ·         Be familiar with menu and specials to be able to answer customer questions
  • ·         Inspect table for proper presentation and completeness
  • ·         Relay messages to servers and bus persons as need
  • ·         Thank guests as they leave and invite them to return
  • ·         Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time


Responsible for driving customers to business for sales by creating excitement that draws customers.

Dish Washers

Looking for people with a great attitude with focus on guest satisfaction to be able to wash and clean tableware, posts, pans, and cooking equipment. 

  • ·         Able to follow safety and sanitation standards to keep the dish-area and equipment clean and organized.
  • ·         Able to work in a hot wet, humid, and loud environment for long periods of time
  • ·         Able to physically lift, reach, bend , and stoop
  • ·         Able to work in standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)
  • ·         Able to safely lift bags, cases, and stacks (up to 60 pounds) many times per shift
  • ·         Keep dish room clean and organized
  • ·         Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designated times
  • ·         Other restaurant tasks as required by management or leadership
